These terms and conditions govern all use of the ticketing websites operated by North Coast Creative Forum ("NCCF", "we", "us", or "our"), including tickets.tinystacksmusic.com and tickets.thesilentmeasure.com.
The Sites are provided solely for the purpose of purchasing tickets to events produced by NCCF and its affiliated brands, including Tiny Stacks Music and The Silent Measure.
All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds except at our sole discretion or in the event an event is cancelled by NCCF. Each ticket contains a unique QR code — do not share your QR code.
You shall not attempt to reverse engineer or scrape any part of the Sites. Automated purchasing (bots) is strictly prohibited.
No account registration is required. You are responsible for ensuring your name and email address are accurate during checkout.
All content on the Sites, including text and images, is the property of NCCF or its content providers and is protected by copyright laws.
The Sites are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
NCCF shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Sites or your attendance at any event.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NCCF from any claims arising from your use of the Sites.
All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. NCCF does not store payment card information.
NCCF reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the Sites.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tillamook County, Oregon.
